Free Islands

As the dominion of Coral grew and grew it was only a matter of time before their reach exceeded their grasp. The Free Islands as they are now called are a series of small islands in the South of that domain that recently freed themselves from Coral’s yoke. The foremost among these islands is an island called Maraghul that while mostly marsh and banyan trees, is soaked in potent geomantic power and protected by powerful beastmen. The second most potent of these isles is Telema Spires, known as the Chiaroscuro of the West it is a first-age relic city that when struck by Western winds plays a haunting flute melody that can be heard for miles. Even with these two potent nation-states the rebellion would not have been possible without aid from a pirate clan known as The Clamor who drive a small fleet of the deadly Sailstings using secret musics.

Garrapatea the First Chair of Telema herself has come to the Wand’ring Isle. She has come in the company of a variety of unruly pirates and a warrior of Maraghul named Slit-eye
